Pattern Updating and New Year Price Increases
I have recently begun the super fun (?) task of reformating all of my pay-to-download self-published patterns (including some patterns originally published by third parties) to feature my current logo, layout, improved chart graphics and updated information. As they say, it's not a sprint, it's a marathon: I'm going slow, so I can get it done right!
What does this mean for you? If you've purchased a MediaPeruana Designs pattern through Ravelry, you'll automatically receive the updated pattern when it goes live! Ravelry will send you a message so you can download the most recent version, easy peasy.
While pattern errors are corrected as soon as I am made aware of them, and revised patterns issued ASAP, during this updating process I may be rewriting portions of patterns for improved clarity. I also intend to add additional sizes to a few of my patterns. Any major changes will be noted in the automated message you receive from Ravelry.
The first revised pattern is Cielito, and I hope to get 1-2 patterns reissued each week until they're all shiny and new!
I also want to give you a heads up that some pattern prices will be increasing on January 1, 2016. In order to bring prices in line with current industry standards, the price for accessory patterns (shawls, scarves, socks) and blankets will be increasing to $5.50, and sweaters/garments to $6.50. (All currently free patterns will, of course, remain FREE!)
So grab 'em at current prices while you can!
