2015 Cardigan Comeback Update

I picked 4 cardigans to knit in 2015, so that would mean finishing a sweater roughly every 3 months. That sounded very doable in January. Now that we're into March . . . I'm not so sure.

Here's where sweater #1 stands:

I've done the most complicated part--the provisional cast on and short row shaping for the shoulders--have separated the sleeves and am ready to start the waist shaping. But I still have a fair bit of knitting to do--most of the body, both sleeves up to the armholes and the collar.

I've memorized the pattern by now, which helps it move more quickly, but I keep losing count of rows between cable crosses. I know some of them are wrong, but I'm hoping I can more or less even it out during blocking.

I'm thrilled with how it looks so far, but wish I had more time to work on it. Most of my knitting time is currently being divided between 2 sweater designs.
