The Gift-a-Long is coming!

It's almost that time of year again. In just a few short days, we'll be eating our turkeys, slicing up those pumpkin pies, arguing about politics with relatives we rarely see and the holiday season will be in full swing!

(In case you missed the memo, I love the holidays!)

For the last several years, indie knitting pattern designers have come together to offer knitters a little holiday gift: the Indie Design Gift-a-Long. This special event is one big knit- and crochet-along featuring hundreds of talented designers--everyone joins together to knit and crochet holiday gifts (or maybe just a gift for yourself!). There's chatter, games, lots of prizes, and all you have to do to participate is knit or crochet a pattern from a participating designer.

Best of all, though, we kick things off with a big SALE! From November 22, 8pm through midnight on November 30, participating designers will be offering thousands of patterns to knitters and crocheters at 25% off. 

Every participating designer has created a bundle on their designer page showcasing the patterns available at a discount for this event. (Please note, the KAL/CAL is not limited to those patterns--you can participate in the -along by knitting or crocheting any paid pattern available from a participating designer.)
