November KAL: Miraflores
I'm going to use this 6th anniversary of my 29th birthday to make a fun announcement: it's official, we're going to knit-a-long with Miraflores in November!
Miraflores is a versatile cowlet that would make a lovely holiday gift, or the perfect accessory for your holiday outfits. It's worked in fingering weight yarn and knit from the bottom up, starting with a decorative edging and featuring zigzagging twisted stitches and eyelets.
The KAL will kick off November 1st and run through December 9 (just in case you get sidetracked with Thanksgiving late in the month).
Everyone who finishes a cowlet during the KAL will receive a free copy of a brand new MediaPeruana Designs pattern! The pattern is currently top secret, but I can tell you it includes instructions for both a fingering weight infinity scarf and a worsted weight cowl, and is specifically designed for leftovers, mini skeins, and gradient sets!
Every finisher will also be entered for the grand prize--a complete kit to knit the new infinity scarf pattern!
I'll be sharing some sneak peeks of this new design over the next few weeks. I'll also be doing some special posts to help you prepare for the Miraflores KAL, so stay tuned!
